Surfside On The Lake, Lake George

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were decently sized and had a nice view, but the amenities and service left a lot to be desired. The location was great for exploring nearby attractions, but I felt somewhat let down by the lack of proper support for guests with mobility issues. Overall, it had its highlights, yet not everything was up to par for the price we paid.

The hotel offers a spacious suite layout that's perfect for families, along with beautiful lake views. However, the cleanliness of the rooms fell short, with dirty floors and stained linens. The pool and beach areas felt overcrowded, and the dining options were overpriced for what was offered. While the management issues raised serious concerns, the overall family-friendly atmosphere could be appealing if certain improvements were made.

One of the highlights was the attentiveness of the staff during breakfast, but on the other hand, we encountered severe problems, including a lack of proper safety protocols and inadequate management responses. The location was nice, but with unsettling experiences, I don't think we'll be returning.
